Kyle Harrison is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years in real estate and built a successful real estate company. He is the CEO and Co-founder of Your Bookkeeping Partner and is a Executive Business Coach. He has completed over 10,000 one-to-one coaching calls with a direct focus on leadership, team building, financials and wealth building. He guides business owners to increase the value of their business while laying and executing on a BYE (Build Your Exit) Strategy. His passion is to empower agents and business owners to financial freedom through coaching, consulting, hosting regular classes and masterminds on wealth and financials. He is also an active real estate investor targeting multi-family properties across the midwest and southern regions and owns over 300 rental doors through various partnerships.

Shannon comes from a hospitality and sales & marketing background, where she developed a deep love for people, connection, and community. A natural relationship-builder, she brings energy, warmth, and intention into everything she does. She recently joined our team as Director of Growth, where she leads initiatives focused on growth, partnership, and expanding our impact within the real estate industry.

In her role, Shannon works closely with real estate market centers, brokerage leadership, and trusted industry partners to build meaningful, long-term relationships. Her ability to connect, listen, and collaborate makes her a powerful advocate for the agents and partners we serve.

Siegfried BOGNOT

Director of Sales

Equal parts systems guy and tech enthusiast, Siegfried enjoys finding smarter ways to make things work. He builds and manages digital systems designed to create a smooth, professional client experience, including landing page development, backend workflows, and the use of AI and digital tools to improve how services are presented, managed, and delivered online.

He also supports CRM management, website updates, and system development to streamline client communication and day-to-day operations. With a strong focus on organization, functionality, and scalability, Sieg helps create the digital infrastructure needed to support long-term growth.
